Over time, the opening ceremonies of the OESO Congresses have become exceptional encounters.

Our 9^th will open by the shores of the Mediterranean where the Arts and the Sciences first saw light. The sea, its ebb and flow, its horizon, will mark this opening performance where talented voice will blend with uncommon staging.

As for the Avignon OESO Congress, we will put on a creation, a première, but in a different mood, another color, to strike a harmonious chord with our new surroundings.

Following the performance, we will exit from the  Congress Center and, with the "Côte d'Azur" as a backdrop, we will have, before us, an equestrian surprise.
But we'll say no more here.

The third wave of the evening will invite you into the secrets of the Japanese Garden of Monaco.
