Reflux and Esophageal Diseases Center IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi–Sant’Ambrogio, Milan (Italy) The Reflux and Esophageal Diseases Center is a high volume, multidisciplinary program dedicated to advanced care of esophageal and foregut disorders. Led by Prof. Davide Bona within the General Surgery Unit, it operates as a high volume, multidisciplinary foregut surgery program integrated with endoscopy, physiology, radiology and oncology, ensuring fully coordinated diagnostic and therapeutic pathways. The Center provides comprehensive management of GERD, achalasia and motility disorders, complex hiatal hernias, and esophageal–gastric cancer through minimally invasive and robotic approaches. Endoscopy and physiology are fully integrated. With high procedural volumes, dedicated pathways for complex foregut physiology, state of the art surgical and physiological infrastructure, and continuous participation in multicenter studies, the Center combines clinical excellence with strong scientific output (>200 peer reviewed publications) and structured educational programs for students, residents, and fellows.
