Diagnosis: Moderately differentiated SCC of the esophagus.

Neoadjuvant Treatment: Received neoadjuvant chemo-radiotherapy and was in clinical and radiological remission at the time of surgery.

Esophageal Stent: Esophageal Self-Expanding Metallic Stent (SEMS) placed 10 months prior to surgery for nutritional rehabilitation.

Surgery: Underwent three-field esophagectomy.
Postoperative Complications

Gastric Conduit Leak: Developed gastric conduit leak postoperatively.
